DUPR
Fantasy sports proof of concept
While the idea was still a concept, we helped DUPR see if a fantasy game was feasible. We then built a no-code proof of concept: fans chose their own teams, and the higher scores won. It ran as a free promo alongside Major League Pickleball.

The challenge
DUPR wanted a fantasy promo that could run with Major League Pickleball. The project was still a concept, and the rating system already existed. The question was whether a fantasy game was feasible, and whether fans could play it without LimitBreak rebuilding ratings from scratch.
Our approach
We scoped the idea with DUPR while it was still a concept, then built the proof of concept with no-code tools. Fans created their own teams from the players they chose. We did not build the DUPR rating system. We worked with DUPR so those ratings could feed the scores, and the teams with the higher scores won.
The outcome
A free fantasy sports web app that ran as a promo with Major League Pickleball. Fans could pick a team, follow the scores, and play a working version of the idea before anyone committed to a full build.
