What does the club agent do?
It answers player questions using your live PodPlay data: what's on, when, what's available and how to book. It's on your website around the clock.
What does "found by AI agents" mean?
More players now ask ChatGPT, Claude or Google's AI where to play. LiveCourt lets those assistants read what's on at your club directly, so your sessions show up in their answers.
Do I need to already use PodPlay?
LiveCourt is built specifically on PodPlay Booking - it reads your live schedules and court data and shows them on your website. It does not replace PodPlay. If you're on another platform today, book a call and we'll talk through whether moving to PodPlay (and adding LiveCourt) is a fit for your club.
How long does setup take?
We typically need around 10 hours on our side. Most clubs go live within 1 to 2 weeks of kickoff, once we have PodPlay access and your branding assets.
What happens to my existing bookings?
Nothing changes in PodPlay. LiveCourt reads your booking data and displays it on your website. It doesn't move, edit, or duplicate anything in PodPlay.
What's included in ongoing support?
Your plan includes one hour of support each month for updates, small content changes, and troubleshooting. Larger feature work is quoted separately.
Can I cancel anytime?
LiveCourt is $1,500 to onboard, then $399 a month. Notice and cancellation are confirmed in your agreement before you start.
What happens if pricing changes?
The price is $1,500 onboarding, then $399 a month. We'll confirm any later change in writing before it applies to your account.
Does LiveCourt help people find my club online?
Yes - by putting live schedules, programs, tournaments, and court activity on public pages that change with your club. Search engines and AI tools need current, specific content to recommend a venue. We can't guarantee rankings, but a site that updates every day beats a brochure that never changes.
What kind of club content shows up for search and AI?
